Meningococcal group B bacteria can cause severe illnesses such as meningitis and sepsis. The meningitis B vaccine is usually given to children at 8 weeks, 16 weeks, and 12 months of age for protection against these bacterial infections.
If your child was unable to have this vaccination, they can obtain a vaccine at one of our branches.
